CES is a public purchasing cooperative established through a Joint Powers Agreement with other public agencies to deliver compliant, efficient, and cost effective procurement solutions for public agencies.
Originally formed to support New Mexico’s public education system, CES has evolved into a multi-state procurement cooperative serving a wide range of public entities, including counties, municipalities, special districts, and two- and four-year colleges and universities.
CES is built by public agencies, for public agencies. Our contracts are competitively solicited, legally compliant, and immediately usable. This allows procurement teams to reduce administrative burden, shorten purchasing timelines, and mitigate risk while maintaining transparency and best-value outcomes. CES’ contracts are also CFR 2 compliant.
