About CES

Cooperative Educational Services (CES) was established in 1979 through a Joint Powers Agreement to support New Mexico’s public schools by providing cooperative purchasing and educational services. Originally formed to assist school districts with procurement challenges, CES has grown to serve all 89 school districts in New Mexico, along with 81 other public education institutions, including charter schools, two- and four-year post-secondary institutions, Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) schools, and state schools. Over the years, CES has expanded its reach and services to become a trusted partner for a diverse range of public entities such as counties, cities, and local government across the US.
