Please upload a current copy of your resume. Extensive evidence of campus and/or district roles working with youth. Evidence of commitment to content area. Major contributions to the community in terms of service.

Please upload two letters of reference. Please see LEAP Entrance Rubric for scoring criteria. Letters must contain, name, title, contact information, and signature. LEAP administrators will verify each reference letter. References detail extensive qualities possessed by the candidate as well as provide multiple examples of candidate promise and impact on student learning.

Please upload a copy of your district intent-to-hire letter. Letters must be completed on letterhead, include Superintendent, Charter Director, or Human Resources Director, name, contact information, and signature. LEAP administrators will be verifying letters and informing districts of acceptance into the program. *If you have yet to receive your Intent-to-Hire Letter, please upload a document regarding the status.*

Please upload your written letter of interest to the LEAP program. Please read the following criteria: Narrative demonstrates excellent writing skills in terms of organization, clarity, style, and mechanics. Content addresses in detail the requirements of the narrative, including: Impact on student learning and your potential role as a classroom teacher.
